Youth Works are delighted to be one of the Northamptonshire based organisations able to deliver support to young people aged 16 to 24 years who are not in employment, education or training.
The Work Readiness Action Programme is a Building Better Opportunities (BBO) project, funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund, aiming to engage and support people into employment or training. The lead organisation for delivery of the project is Goodwill Solutions CIC.
Youth Works provide a bespoke programme according to the needs of individual young people. On entry to the programme, barriers to gaining employment or training are identified.
Support is then provided to address those barriers, helping young people to achieve their employment or training goal.
