CYP Access Report 2023 – Mystery Shopper

In 2022 Youth Works were commissioned by Northamptonshire ICB to work with a group of young people to look at access to young peoples mental health services in Northamptonshire.

There were three parts to the project:

• Carrying out a survey aimed at young people living in Northamptonshire to find out their experiences and thoughts around accessing mental health services.
• Putting together a directory of services that young people use
• Mystery shopping local services and writing up the findings

These young people then presented their findings to stakeholder groups on Tuesday 28th February 2023.  The reports are all available below:
