Refer your child

Please complete this form if you are a parent or carer who would like to make a referral for a young person to access Youth Works’ counselling service.

Please note that there is currently a waiting time of 4-6 weeks before assessments will take place.

If you feel your young person is in need of immediate support this can be accessed by the following ways:

• Using our Drop in support

• Contacting your GP

• CAMHS live

• Text SHOUT to 85258

• Contact Young Minds

If your young person is showing signs of suicidal ideation please contact CAMHS Crisis or visit your nearest A&E

The CAMHS crisis team is open 24/7 and can be accessed by calling 0800 170 7055.
